Location: North Park, San Diego, CA

Objective: Correct poor connection and flow between upstairs, living areas, and backyard.

Results: Designed by PLS Design, EcoArtisans served as project manager completing extensive reworking and remodeling including a new deck and new slate patios in the backyard. Double and fully-opening glass doors eliminate the wall between the family room and pool area. A beautiful angular deck with cable railings and an exterior stairway provide visual and physical access to the kitchen. The new stairway is now a striking and essential architectural element in the home featuring gorgeous alder with a stainless steel and cable railing.
